Getting started with Knockout is simple! We have created a consultative process that will keep you in the loop from initial concept to the final delivery of your sustainable secondary packaging. Discovery call – We enjoy getting to know what makes your business successful, what’s important to you and you discussing your budget so that we can achieve your goals. Let’s make sure we are aligned and the right fit for you!
Design call – Reviewing past projects, mockups, samples and finishing options together will allow us to get a great understanding of what type of packaging fits your brand perfectly.
Proposal – We’ll discuss options to ensure we are working within your budget while meeting your timelines, and present you with different quantities and finishing options.
Structural Design – Getting the perfect fit is key in custom packaging. We’ll present 3D mockups and narrow down the structural design.
Graphic Design – Whether you have your own graphic designer or utilize ours, we’ll work with you to add your graphics to the structural design.
Prototyping – Finally, we’ll do a physical prototype so that you can ensure your primary packaging fits inside, opens and closes as required, etc. You’ll also receive a print proof to ensure your colors are appearing as imagined.
Production – Printing, die cutting, folding and gluing are all required to complete your packaging.
Quality Assurance – Our team will carefully review your project prior to shipping to ensure that it meets your specifications and is up to our high quality standards.
Delivery – Once production is complete, we’ll deliver right to your door.
