Knockout is a North American packaging operations partner supporting beauty, wellness, and lifestyle teams with the development, sourcing, and production management of primary and secondary packaging. We help simplify the full packaging workflow by improving communication, reducing vendor complexity, and ensuring components arrive on time, quality tested, and ready for filling

Our Approach: Clear, Predictable, Supportive​

We combine domestic and international manufacturing with hands-on project oversight. This includes component engineering, mould development, sampling, cost control, and logistics coordination. The goal is simple: make primary packaging development feel structured, organized, and technically supported.

What Sets Knockout Apart

We specialize in packaging for skincare, haircare, cosmetics, wellness, and lifestyle products, offering a full range of primary components including bottles, jars, pumps, tubes, droppers, and custom-moulded solutions. We also offer secondary packaging components including unit cartons, rigid and gift boxes, e-commerce shippers, mailers, and labels. Localized production options keep lead times manageable and improve visibility across the development and production cycle.

We're here to make a knockout impact with sustainable packaging

At Knockout, we support companies with their sustainability goals by offering secondary packaging that is fully recyclable or biodegradable and therefore, earth-friendly. 

How do we do that? By using paperboard from sustainably managed forests, often including post-consumer waste and recycled content. In fact, we offer paper made from 100% recycled pulp as well as stocks ranging from 10-30% post-consumer waste content. We also avoid using finishes that are laminated or have heavy foil coverage, and opt for vegetable oil-based inks and water-based coatings and adhesives.
