Knockout Packaging Solutions started in response to consumer demand for more sustainable packaging options. We knew we could support companies wanting more eco-friendly packaging without sacrificing product safety or branding.

We are committed to using only FSC and SFI-certified papers, vegetable oil-based inks and water-based coatings. We offer material traceability, focus on reducing waste, and promote a circular economy by creating only recyclable and/or biodegradable packaging.

Why work with Knockout?

We are owned, operated and manufacture in North America.
Our manufacturing facilities are strategically located as close to the final delivery location as possible, reducing our carbon footprint or risk of transportation delays. This results in faster shipping times, typically 3 – 4 weeks from when the order is placed.
Our customer-first attitude ensures that orders are closely monitored in local time and quality control is guaranteed.

Our focused experience working with brands in the beauty, health & wellness, and lifestyle industries allows us to design, produce, and deliver custom packaging that is recyclable and biodegradable and can offer proof of that.

With over 50 years of experience in the print and paper industries, we work hard to stay on top of emerging industry rules and regulations, both here and around the world, and support brands whose goals are to sell through various sales channels. Today, we supply cartons found on products sold through both e-commerce and traditional retail sales locations.

Our team attends trade shows, conferences, and sits on panels focused on sustainability to ensure we can confidently advise businesses, including B Corps, on the very best earth-friendly packaging options.

We're here to make a knockout impact with sustainable packaging

At Knockout, we support companies with their sustainability goals by offering secondary packaging that is fully recyclable or biodegradable and therefore, earth-friendly.

How do we do that? By using paperboard from sustainably managed forests, often including post-consumer waste and recycled content. In fact, we offer paper made from 100% recycled pulp as well as stocks ranging from 10-30% post-consumer waste content. We also avoid using finishes that are laminated or have heavy foil coverage, and opt for vegetable oil-based inks and water-based coatings and adhesives.
