More Than Components. A Packaging Operations Partner.

Sourcing the right bottle or carton is only part of the job. The part that most packaging suppliers don’t touch is the operational layer: design, artwork, production oversight, freight coordination, and the steady project management that keeps everything moving without your team having to chase it.

That’s where Knockout lives. We provide the services and infrastructure that turn a collection of packaging components into a functioning, repeatable system.

Design & Engineering Support

Knockout offers integrated structural and graphic design services across both primary and secondary packaging. We can work alongside your internal creative team or manage the full design pathway from concept to production-ready artwork.

Structural Design
Custom structural development for cartons, boxes, inserts, trays, and primary packaging components. Includes dieline creation, prototype development, material specification, and production optimization. Every structure is designed with manufacturing efficiency and real-world performance in mind.

Graphic Design
Brand-aligned packaging graphics, regulatory panel layout, colour management, and artwork preparation for print. We design for the specific print method and substrate being used, so what you approve on screen is what comes off the press.

Mold Development & Component Engineering
For primary packaging requiring custom tooling, Knockout manages the mold development process from technical drawings through sampling and approval. We coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure mold specifications align with your volume forecasts and production timelines.

Decoration & Artwork Application

A full range of decoration methods for both primary and secondary packaging, selected for compatibility with your substrate, sustainability requirements, and brand aesthetic.

Methods include: Screen print, digital print, low-VOC inks, hot stamping, heat transfer, etching, embossing, debossing, foil application, and custom finishes. Each method is evaluated for material compatibility, durability, and environmental impact before being recommended.

Decoration decisions are made early in the process, not bolted on at the end. This reduces rework, avoids material compatibility issues, and ensures branding, regulatory text, and finish quality are all locked in before production begins.

Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain Coordination

Knockout manages the operational side of getting your packaging from factory to filling line. This includes freight consolidation, customs coordination, warehousing, and just-in-time delivery scheduling.

What this looks like in practice: We coordinate shipment timing across multiple component suppliers so materials arrive in sync with your production schedule. We manage warehousing to buffer against supply chain variability. And we handle the customs and freight logistics that most brands either struggle with or overpay for.

The result is fewer bottlenecks, less warehouse pressure on your end, and packaging that shows up when and where it needs to.

Flexible MOQs & Production Scaling

Knockout’s manufacturing network supports a wide range of production volumes. Short-run capabilities help brands test new SKUs, run pilot programs, or produce sampling quantities without over-committing. When you’re ready to scale, high-volume partners offer cost stability, repeatable quality, and reliable delivery cadence.

This flexibility is especially useful for emerging brands that need professional-quality packaging without enterprise-level commitments, and for established brands running limited editions, seasonal programs, or regional variants.

Dedicated Project Management

Every Knockout client works with a dedicated account manager who serves as the single point of contact across the entire project lifecycle. Your account manager oversees sampling, sourcing, quoting, approvals, production scheduling, quality control, and communication with manufacturing partners.

This means fewer vendors to manage, clearer oversight, and someone who knows your project history and brand requirements without needing to be briefed every time.

It’s the difference between managing a supply chain and having someone manage it for you.

Let’s Simplify Your Packaging Operations
