Who We Work With

Packaging built around the brands we serve, not the other way around.

Knockout works with consumer brands across beauty, health and wellness, lifestyle, and pet — brands whose packaging has to do more than hold the product. It has to protect delicate formulas, meet retailer specifications, survive e-commerce shipping, carry sustainability claims that hold up under audit, and make the kind of first impression that turns a shelf scan into a purchase.

Every industry brings its own rules. A skincare launch fails on different problems than a supplements launch or a pet-care refresh. Our job is to know those rules cold — and to build the packaging system that solves them end-to-end, from primary container to secondary carton to shipper on the doorstep.

For Buyers Who Don't Know Where to Start

Start with the problem, not the product.

Sometimes the industry label isn't the fastest entry point. If one of these sounds like you, skip the category pages and call us directly.

"I'm launching my first brand and I don't have a packaging ops team."

Most of our skincare, haircare, and supplements clients came to us at exactly this stage. Start with Discovery, not component quotes.

"My current supplier keeps missing deadlines and the quality is sliding."

Switching packaging suppliers mid-cycle is a specialty of ours. We've onboarded brands from a single SKU to a full portfolio refresh.

"Sephora / Ulta / Credo just told me my packaging doesn't meet their standard."

Retailer compliance is a design-stage conversation, not a post-production fix. We know the lists.

"I'm a contract manufacturer and my client needs packaging handled."

Our Strategic Partner Program is built for this. We handle components and secondary while you focus on the fill.

"I need to switch to PCW or FSC materials without losing my existing architecture."

Sustainability transitions are most of what we do now. We'll map current components to verified sustainable alternatives.

"My packaging keeps arriving damaged at the customer's door."

E-commerce shipping is solvable. ISTA drop-test validation and shipper redesign, in that order.

The Integrated System

Primary and secondary, from one partner.

The thing that sets Knockout apart across every industry we serve isn't a specific component or a specific material. It's the fact that primary containers and secondary cartons come from one accountable partner instead of four fragmented suppliers.

Primary + Secondary = One System

Bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, closures — engineered to fit the cartons, labels, shippers, and inserts that go with them. One timeline. One quality standard. One accountable partner from fill to doorstep.

Common Questions

Frequently asked.

What industries does Knockout Packaging work with?
Beauty (skincare, cosmetics, haircare, suncare, fragrance, body cleansers), health and wellness (supplements, aromatherapy, sexual wellness), lifestyle (home fragrance and candles), and pet care. Each industry has a dedicated page covering the specific capabilities, challenges, and retailer considerations for that category.
Do you handle primary packaging, secondary packaging, or both? +
Both. Knockout's core differentiator is that we source and manage primary packaging — bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, closures — alongside the secondary packaging system: cartons, rigid boxes, labels, shippers, and inserts. Most packaging suppliers do one or the other. We engineer them as a single integrated system.
What size brands do you work with? +
From indie first-product launches to established portfolio refreshes. Our global network lets us handle realistic MOQs for smaller runs while scaling to multi-SKU programs for retail-listed brands.
Are you a manufacturer, a broker, or something else? +
Knockout operates as a full-service packaging operations partner. We source from a global network of vetted, quality-verified manufacturers and run the sourcing, QC, production, and delivery layer as an accountable managed service.
Can you work with my contract manufacturer or co-packer? +
Yes. A large share of our work is coordinated through our clients' contract manufacturers and co-packers. We also run a dedicated Strategic Partner Program for co-mans who want to offer packaging management to their own clients.
What's the typical timeline from first conversation to delivered packaging? +
A refresh on existing architecture with stock components can run 6 to 10 weeks. A full launch with custom cartons and stock primary can run 10 to 14 weeks. Fully custom tooled primary components stretch to 16 to 20 weeks. We set the realistic timeline in Discovery so there are no surprises.
How do I know which industry page applies to my product? +
Most brands fit cleanly into one category — a face serum is skincare, a vitamin gummy is supplements. If you're crossover, start with the closest-fit industry page or contact us directly. We'll route the conversation to the right capability set.
