We will tell you what it will cost, how long it will take, and where it is most likely to go sideways. That is the whole call.
No deck. No discovery theatre. No being handed to an account rep you have never met. You will be talking to the person who runs the work.
Pick a time that suits you. We will come prepared, and you will leave with a number and a timeline.
See available times → Option twoNot ready to book anything? Tell us what you are working on. A real person replies, usually within a business day.
Send a note →A person reads it and a person answers it. Nothing here is automated except the calendar.
Asking a question does not sign you up for anything. Ask, get an answer, carry on with your day.
Including freight, duties and tariffs — the parts that usually turn up later as a surprise on somebody else's invoice.
Book a discovery call
Bring a dieline, a spec sheet, a competitor's pack you like, or absolutely nothing. All of those work. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call rather than three emails later.
Live availability for an initial discovery call. We keep it off the page until you ask for it, so this page stays fast.

Send a note
One box, and no wrong way to fill it. If you want the first reply to be a useful one rather than a request for more information, these are the three things that help most.
And if all you have is one sentence, send the one sentence. We would far rather hear from you early than tidily.

No newsletter signup, no drip sequence, no CRM purgatory — your details go to one inbox and a person replies. You do not need a finished design, a large budget, or a plan to move everything at once. Plenty of good projects start with one line and a rough idea. And if we are not right for it, we will tell you and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
Prefer something more direct
Before you write
No. A good proportion of first calls start with a rough idea and a launch date. Working out the format, the material and the realistic timeline is the job — it is not homework you have to finish before you are allowed to ring.
It depends entirely on the component and the decoration. Stock components start low; custom tooling starts higher. We have written the honest version of this — including how to combine MOQs across SKUs and split them into multiple shipments — on the FAQ page.
Not at all — we work alongside contract manufacturers constantly, and we ship direct to their line. If you are the CM rather than the brand, the arrangement is set out on the contract manufacturers page. You own the client. You decide how we work.
No. A broker passes your order along and takes a margin for the introduction. We manage the process end to end — sourcing, the QC process, production and delivery — with one purchase order and one named person accountable for it. The difference is spelled out on the homepage, including how we get paid.
