About Us

Hi, we’re Knockout.

one of north america's best sustainable packaging companies

Knockout Packaging Solutions started in response to how the secondary packaging industry was evolving. With an increased focus on sustainability and making more eco-friendly choices, without sacrificing product safety or branding, we knew we could support companies wanting to make better packaging decisions.

We use FSC and SFI-certified papers, vegetable oil-based inks and water-based coatings, which allows us to create beautiful retail cartons that are easily recyclable and will not damage the earth.

We are proudly owned and operated in North America, sourcing and manufacturing our products here as well. We understand the importance of being close to our clients to provide the best customer service and project oversight from conception to completion. We can also better manage our supply chain, quality control and distribution from here to ensure an exceptional customer experience with no surprises.

With over 50 years of experience in the print and paper industries, we work hard to stay on top of emerging industry rules and regulations, both here and around the world, and support brands whose goals are to sell through various sales channels. Today, we supply cartons found on products sold through both e-commerce and traditional retail sales locations.

Our team attends trade shows and conferences and sits on panels focused on sustainability to ensure we can confidently advise businesses, including B Corps, on the very best earth-friendly packaging options.

WHO We’ve worked with

We're here to make a knockout impact with sustainable packaging

At Knockout, we exist to reduce landfill waste.

Reducing landfill waste comes in two forms – redirecting more packaging to recycling streams, and ensuring that the packaging that does end up in landfills will decompose quickly.

We understand that MRF’s (material recovery facilities) vary across different jurisdictions, so we focus on using materials that are the most widely accepted through curbside recycling programs. After all, the easier we make recycling, the more likely it is to happen.
